Indigenous Migration Workshop Series

This fall, the Center for Latin American, Caribbean, and Latino Studies (CLACLS) at the Graduate Center, CUNY, in collaboration with Kichwa Hatari and the GC Immigration Working Group, is hosting a series of workshops on Indigenous Migration from Latin America. This forum aims to bring together scholars, activists, and community members to discuss the specific challenges for indigenous migrants in the New York City area. [gc-immigration.org]

This is an open forum and participants are encouraged to bring and discuss their work.

This event is part of a series. Other events include:
Wednesday, November 4, 12:30-2:30pm
Wednesday, December 2, 12:30-2:30pm, with special guest speaker, Professor Ulla Berg, Rutgers University, author of Mobile Selves: Race, Migration, and Belonging in Peru and the U.S.
